If you are a long way from your holiday home you may require a caretaker, in fact some insurance companys require this service to validate your policy.

We call into your property on a regular basis to carry out our list of checks and report back to you. This can often prevent problems arising and gives you peace of mind, knowing your property is being cared for.

For your own peace of mind why not fit a Key Safe. This is a wall mounted combination operated safe, used for storage of a small number of keys. Simply give your guests the four digit code with their holiday details. The number can be changed at anytime so you remain in control.
