Cleaning Services
Holiday Homes
After guest departure we carry out a full clean of your property to our very high standard, any problems are identified on departure allowing time for any repairs that are necessary, to be carried out before the arrival of your next guests. Our own in house compressive cleaning schedule form is filled out by our staff at the time of cleaning, this is then recorded at our office, so you can be assured of the same service at all times.
All our staff are vetted and fully insured, they are employed by PJ Cleaning, we do not sub contract. All of our teams are uniformed and equipped with mobile phones, so they can report any problems to our maintenance team immediately, this allows a quick response to any problem. Our Area Supervisors ensure our standards are maintained. Guests are left with our 24 hour contact number should any problems occur during their stay.
If your home is empty for a while we call in on a regular basis to check that all is safe and well. If problems are caught early enough this often stops them becoming a major job. We have a list of qualified contractors who understand our requirements for urgent repairs.
We can arrange for various welcome gifts from food hampers to flowers. You set the budget and we will fulfil your needs.
Spring Cleaning
Once a year we recommend using our Spring Cleaning service. This involves a very comprehensive deep clean of your home to include complete clean of your kitchen. Using our own trained operatives we can also deep clean your carpets.
We offer a free survey so we can discuss your requirements and allow us to explain our recommendations.
Domestic Cleaning
With a busy life you don’t always have the time to keep on top of jobs at home.
PJ Cleaning will look after your domestic requirements on a weekly, fortnightly or monthly basis, as you require.
All our staff are employed, uniformed and insured.
We supply all the cleaning equipment needed to clean your property.
A minimum of 2 hours applies. |

End of Tenancy Cleaning
Over the years our experienced staff know exactly what is required, because we have been gathering our experience and knowledge when dealing with both the world of the tenant and the landlord for a good few years now.
Our end of tenancy teams are mobile, fully equipped, hard working and highly motivated. They will blitz your place and then will leave it fresh and clean. All crews are supervised and specialising in end of tenancy cleanings. We can also clean the carpets at the same time, leaving the property completely fresh and clean for your new tenants.
Builders Clean
We pride ourselves on the high standards of professional and quality service to the construction industry. Builders clean or sparkle clean, residential or retail - look no further – we are experienced at meeting tight deadlines with these projects and understand the pressure the contractor can be under.
We take Health and Safety very seriously – our staff are trained and closely monitored, they are equipped them with the necessary PPE. We carefully prepare specific site risk assessments and method statements, along with COSH assessments. |
